Eggs with bacon
Ingredients:
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Crack eggs into the bacon fat and season with salt and pepper. Use a fork to scramble the yolks and whites until desired consistency is reached.
- Garnish with chives and serve with crispy bacon strips.
French Toast
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of bread (we like using challah or brioche)
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Unsalted butter, for frying
- Maple syrup, for serving
Directions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Slice bread into 1-inch thick slices and soak in the egg mixture for 5 minutes per side.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add soaked bread slices to the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2 minutes per side.
- Serve with maple syrup and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons pickle relish
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, ketchup, mustard, onion, pickle relish, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook burgers until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
- Serve on hamburger buns with your favorite toppings.
Hot Dog
Ingredients:
- 8 beef franks
- 8 hot dog buns
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1/4 onion, diced
Directions:
- Place hot dogs in a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook until charred, about 5 minutes per side.
- In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mustard, and onion.
- Serve hot dogs in buns with the prepared sauce.

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a greased baking sheet.
- Spread tomato sauce over the dough and top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin

- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Directions:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in black beans and cook for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
- Place tortillas on a plate and top with the beef mixture, salsa, and sour cream. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound Yukon gold potatoes, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (1-pound) flank steak
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add potatoes, onion, and garlic and cook for 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Season steak with salt and pepper and add to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Serve steak and potatoes together and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and milk. Cook until just simmering.
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar and vanilla extract until dissolved.
- Pour mixture into a blender and blend for 1 minute.
- Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Serve and enjoy!
Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, whisk together oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Alternately add the flour mixture and water to the sugar mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Divide batter evenly between the prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans and transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
